    Before studio confirmation or any paid commitment, you review a written quote covering final scope, the total including applicable taxes, travel, and cancellation and rescheduling terms.

    The meeting details, edited image count and delivery method and timing are agreed in the final scope. Your final quote confirms the details for your session.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good to know.

Can I have an individual portrait session?

Yes. Portraits are a starting point for an individual session. Share the mood, setting and any comfort or sharing preferences in your request. The final plan and image-use terms are reviewed before confirming.

What should I bring to the session?

Share the occasion, the people attending and any accessibility needs in your request. Outfit suggestions, props and the meeting point will be agreed before the shoot. Requirements depend on the final session plan.

Is sending a request the same as booking?

Sending the form saves your request for review. It creates no binding sale, reserves no appointment and takes no payment. You review the final scope and terms before the studio confirms an appointment.

What happens if the weather changes?

Outdoor weather options and cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out for your review in the final written quote. You can review them before agreeing.

How will I receive my photographs?

The package details are a starting point for your session. The final quote will specify the agreed image count, delivery method and timing.

Can I change my requested date?

Yes. Keep the private request link shown after submission. You can ask for a new date or withdraw the request there. A confirmed appointment keeps its original time until a change is accepted.
